Giving XChange™​ provides a memorable guest experience with a robust fundraising software platform that keeps the technology behind the scenes allows the Non Profit  staff more time to engage with their donors and enjoy the event. 

 

Giving XChange™ ​event registration and check-in/out technology allows guests to pre-swipe their credit cards at check-in to FAST TRACK  the check-out process at the end of the night and ensure payments are collected. 

 

Giving XChange™​ will provide an experienced non-profit fundraising professional for pre-event consultation via telephone, Face to face meetings and pre venue visits to ensure all processes are carefully thought out and the critical details have been addressed.  

 

Giving XChange™​ can support all fundraising aspects for the event. Silent Auction, Live Auction, Mission Monument / Fund-A-Need, D’Giving Wall™, Day of event tickets, and most games and bar transactions.  All transaction charges will be on one receipt for each Guest and attendee.

 

Giving XChange™​ printed materials include; Silent Auction Bid Sheets for each item, Bid Paddles for all guest, Seating assignments, Bid Stickers and Attendee Receipts for auction item pick up.
